Cant accept Invitation

Hi,

I want to complete the family abo for my mum. My dad is already in it, worked perfect. But my mother cant join, "you can join the premium family, pls consult the faq". I even created a new account for her, same problem there. She has a Samsung galaxie S6.

Pls help, otherwise she is not willing to pay my premium further xD

Hi @albi9992, thanks for writing!

In this case I guess that your mother should try again, this time using another device. Maybe your own device should work - just make sure to log in using her credentials.

After it's done, just log back in you account (in your device) and she'll see the Premium account activated on her phone (and wherever she may log in).
