Cant accept Spotify family subscription invite

Hi, I am trying to set up my daughters spotify account as part of my premium account but when i send her the invite to her email and she tries to accept we keep getting redirected to a page that only offers subscription/payment method/manage your family accounts options and no way to redeem my daughters new account. I have updated my payment details, resent the invite a million times but nothing is working!!

Hope you’re doing great!

 

Could you try sending them another invite using a different browser or incognito mode? When they get the email to accept the invite, make sure that they’re signed out of their Spotity account on their browser. 

 

If that doesn’t help, could you try sending me a screenshot of the error messsage being shown? Please make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
