Cant add family member after initially entering incorrect info

My Question or Issue

 I was able to add my husband in my premium family subscription even though i realised after 1 month that he has entered some incorrect info. He was able to use premium for a month then it switched back to free. Then i reinvited him and enetered the correct info but spotify wont allow him now to be added.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address.

If we’re unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan based on the information they provided, they will be removed from the plan.

 

If this happens, your husband may restore his Premium features by upgrading to a standalone Premium subscription
