My Question or Issue

 I have set up a family premium account. I have tried adding my wife but when we go through the invite process it won't add her account. We have followed the trouble shooting advice and it still doesn't work.

Hey @78o-bow_re6rj, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

That's odd. Not sure if you already tried this, but can you send your wife another invite? We suggest that she tries to accept it from a computer, using a Google Chrome incognito window if possible.

 

Make sure she logs into her account and registers the same address you used when you set up the plan.
