Cant add family members

Wassup, ive been trying to add family members but it isnt working. When i fill all the info etc, it says "congratulations it works blablabla" but above it, theres a red box wheres something like somethin went wrong.

Halp ples, idk what to do, we all live in the same house and everything and i did pay for the premium.

Ive tried everything ive could and still nothing, we have been in one
family premium, but it kicked out my gfs mother and sister and now i cant
get them back.
