Change of email for partner

Change of email for partner

My partner has changed her primary email address. I am the admin for the spotify account. I deleted her old one and have sent the invitation for the new one to the new email address but she cannot log in as we keep getting a message that she must be in the same country as me. She is in the same room! How can we resolve this?

I'd recommend making sure that both accounts have set the same country setting: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_basics/how-can-i-change-my-country-setting/.
