Changing the country to add a new family member

Hello, I wanted to add my daughter to the Family Premium plan, but we moved and we're in a different country right now than I have in my profile. As I understood I have to cancel my Premium plan to change the country - I did it, but my Premium Plan will finish on March 2019. So what till this time? I can't add my kid? It doesn't make sense and I believe there is a chance to make it somehowe.
