Charged twice for family premium

Charged twice for family premium

I was charged for premium $9.99 on the 3rd and then I was charged again $14.99 for family premium 

 

Why was I charged twice? I have the family premium.

I would send a Tweet to @SpotifyCares ASAP so they can resolve this issue quickly. I have had account/subscription issues in the past, and they were able to solve them within 30 minutes.

It looks like you have more than one Spotify account.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
