The confirmation email shows the name of the last user as the owner of the family account. The confirmation email is something like:
Congratulations you join the family subscription from [name of the person who was in this family slot previously].

Just to clarify, do you mean the name of the family plan's owner shows up incorrectly on the invitation?
If so, the Premium for Family invite email includes the name provided when the plan was initially set up. Keep in mind that this is only visible in the invites sent and it shouldn't affect how the plan works.

No, the email contained the name of the user who was put previously in this family slot by the family owner.
1. Put a person in slot 1 in family account; send invitation
2. Put a new person in the same slot; send invitation
Now you get the name of person #1 in the #2 confirmation mail.

Is the person already invited, and does the correct name show up in your account page?
If not, can you try sending a new invite in an incognito window? First, make sure that the slot is empty by removing the current one. Then send a new invitation. When you do that, do you get a prompt to fill in the persons details, or do you simply fill in the email address of the person you want to invite? How does the invitation email look like?
Let us know the results, and if possible, send a screenshot of the confirmation email showing the wrong name, but please hide the names for security reasons.
