Convite do Plano Familiar não envia

Sou a titular de um plano familiar, enviei o convite para 3 pessoas, mas só duas delas receberam. A terceira não recebe de jeito nenhum, já tentei cancelar e reenviar o convite, já tentei colocar para reenviar o convite e nada acontece.

Can you make sure you're entering their email address in all lowercase letters? You can also try inviting them using an incognito window to see if it helps.
