Hi! I just updated my credit card details after a payment error, and now I couldn't get back to my premium family plan. I am now just registered as a premium user. When I try to upgrade, I get a notification saying:
"Unable to change plans. This could be because you're not eligible for this plan, you're already on it, or you don't have a stored payment method."
Not sure if I'm missing something here. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

When you access your Spotify account on a different browser or private window, does it say your subscription status is Premium Family, or just Premium?
You can also attach a screenshot of what you’re seeing and I’ll take a closer look for you.
