Created a family plan account, doesn't work

Created a family plan account, doesn't work

I created a family account for my brother and I to use.  Since I created the account with my emailadress, I should be the owner.

However, when I log on to my account it still states that I am using a 'regular account'. My brother's account states that he IS part of a family account and that I am the owner. But I'm not. Cause it still states that I am using a regular account.

So I'm paying for a family account that I can't even use...

Anyone that has had the same issue?

It looks like you have more than one Spotify account.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
