Creating a login from an invite

Hello 

I have a premium family subscription and I sent an invite to my son but when we go to create an account for him we are stuck in an endless loop trying to prove that he is not a robot.  I have tried creating an account on several different computers and devices but I get the same problem everytime.

Please help

If you haven't already, I suggest trying an incognito / private window on your web browser.

It's also worth trying different browsers or a different network connection if possible.
