Cuenta premium

Hola tengo una cuenta premium y no me deja agregar a mi hijo que vivimos en la misma casa pongo la misma dirección y no me deja agregarlo, qué problema con ustedes. 

Por nuestro trabajo necesitamos este programa espero que soluciones este problema sino para cancelar la suscripción porque hay mucha gente con el mismo problema

Keep in mind that your son needs to input the same physical address you entered when you first invited him to your plan. 

They can also try using an incognito window to see if they have the same issue with joining.
