My Question or Issue

 i got kicked from my family, and when the leader invites me, I can't join again. it says: your unable to join this family plan.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

 

Don’t worry - this is an issue that a lot of Premium for Family users experience. The best way to go about this is to get in touch with our Customer Support team here, who will be able to take a look at your account and see what's happening backstage.

Just to add to what @Maxim said, and as this help article explains; "All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address.

 

If we’re unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, they are removed from the plan.

 

If this happens, you may restore your Premium features by upgrading to a standalone Premium subscription. Check out our other trials and offers.
