I am trying to add my younger sister to the family premium plan but It is asking for our address, I do not remember how I put it the first time, how can I see me address according to spotify records, I suscribed yesterday on premium for family and we have not been able to use the service at all, please help!! 😞

Hey @JPLEZ33,

Unfortunately you can’t look up the address you filled in before and also it’s not working to change the address.

If you forgot the address you have to create another account and subscribe to premium family again.

And don’t forget to cancel the old subscription:).
