My Question or Issue

I currently have the Premium Solo plan and am looking to change to the Premium Family in-order to add users. My question is that since i currently have Premium Solo and have just paid for a new month, if i switch now to Premium Family will i be charged the difference, the entire new amount for Premium Family or at all? It states my new plan would begin today and that my next payment date will include these new charges, but does not state weather or not i have to pay the difference. Seems to me that i don't, but i'd like to be sure.

Hey @gagehanke, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

If you’re managing a Family plan (plan’s manager), your new payment date will likely be a few days earlier than usual to cover the price difference between Premium Individual and Premium Family.
