My Question or Issue

Da quando ho spotify family, non mi scarica più la musica. Mi dice che la percentuale di download è  13% quando in realtà non ha scaricato alcun brano. Ho provato a disconnettere il mio account ma niente da fare, ho cercato nelle impostazioni ma niente. Qualcuno ha avuto il mio stesso problema? Come devo fare?

I hope you don't mind me replying back in English.

Could you try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? If that doesn't help, then please try a different network connection to see if the issue persists.
