My family and I duplicated to start the family plan tdy and now I can’t confirm the address on the invitation link they sent...plz help 🙂 thanks

Welcome to the Community. No worries - help's here!

 

If you're having trouble verifying your home address for the Family plan, we'd first off suggest to check out this Spotify Answer.

 

If you get an error message saying the invite is no longer valid, it may have expired. In this case the plan manager can create a new link by logging into their Family page and send it to you again.

 

Before you open it, head to spotify.com, click on Profile in the top right corner, and there click LOG OUT. After that, open the new invite link and log in again using the credentials for your own Spotify account (i.e., your email address and password).
