Entire family was removed from Spotify Family Premium

My ENTIRE family was removed from our Spotify Family premium subscription. PLEASE RESOLVE IT! A. S. A. P!!! Thanks.

Sorry to hear they couldn't verify their account on time. No worries though, you can easily solve this by getting in touch with Spotify. They'll be able to take a look backstage and hopefully solve this as soon as possible. You can reach out to them here.

Hello there!

 

Sounds like your address couldn't be verified properly. Can you check your email addresses for verification emails from Spotify? Make sure to check your junk/trash folders.

Thank you for your suggestions. I appreciate it a lot. 

I have sent a query to Spotify about 2 weeks ago through the same link that you gave. But I haven't received any response from them yet. I really need it badly. Do you know of any other way on how to solve it? 😭

Hello @HanieCruz!

 

If you sent an email to Spotify, they'll get back to you as soon as possible. Can you make sure you didn't get any emails from them? I'd recommend checking your junk/trash folders as well. If you got an automated email, just reply to that email explaining your problem to create a ticket with Support.
