My Question or Issue
I just ended my own Spotify Premium plan so I can become a member of my family's Premium Family plan. I received the invitation and could fill out the information, but when I clicked submit, I was given the error code 603 and was unable to become a member of the family plan. Why is this, and what can I do to fix this problem?

Are you sure that you've typed in the correct address? And have you tried to use a different browser to see if that helps?

I tried it all – clearing caches, doing it in an incognito browser, doing it in a different browser. None of it works.

Yes. I've tried it on my phone as well as two different computers.
I'm having the exact same problem. Tried from my phone, tried with Google Chrome, and tried with Safari. I wrote the address exactly the same as well.
