Error code 3 while I trying to put my sister to my acc

Dear Spotify, I wrote you last week and still no answer. So I trying again!

I have family acc. We are living at our house together. And my sister have problem with enjoying our account. Where is problem? There is screen shot. We tryed switch e-mail adress and still not working. Thank you for your answer!!
