Error invitation familymember

Last week I signed up for Spotify Family, but when I try to add a family member and fill in his firstname, lastname & e-mailadress (wich is correct), I can´t go further because of the error: ¨You must enter an e-mail address in the following format:¨. But there is no example of any format shown after the colon and the e-mailadress is correct. He allready has a free Spotify account with facebook-login and I´m using that same e-mailadress. Can you help me out?

Please make sure that there are no capital letters in the email address.
