My Question or Issue

Hello,  I am trying to add our youngest child (13yrs) to our premium family account but for some reason the option to remove explicit content in her settings is absent. The option is available to everyone else using the account though. Does anyone know why it isn’t showing up? Thanks

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Hi and thanks for your advice. Unfortunately neither restarting the device or reinstalling the app worked. Interestingly, we tried logging in as her on a different device and it was still a problem..is it an issue with her account?

The version of Spotify she has is 8.4.66.519 and it’s running on an iPad version 11.4.1
