we bought a family premium two weeks ago at and there was no problem at first and then one day (a week ago) suddenly we back normal user again we didnt know why? we paid it but we cant use premium anymore.

Have you checked every family members account to see if this has happened? If you have I would call up support services to sort out payment issues. Hopefully you'll get it sorted 🙂
