Family Account Login Problem

Hi guys, 

 

My sister sent me an invitation to her family account and i got the email and loged me in. Now my account says that i have Premium but if i want to log in at the app on my phone (same account) it says that i only have Spotify Free. Does anyone had the same problems and now how to solve it?

Make sure youre logging into the correct account and that you do not have a duplicate account with the same email address. Do you see all the same playlists?
