Family Address not Working.

Family Address not Working.

Hi,

 

I had my family on the family plan, but it randomly kicked them out. I've tried sending the invites, but they keep getting an error when validating the address. This leads me to think I put the address in a different way than expected. I've been using the family plan for a while now, and was wondering if I could get my address email to me to redo their subscriptions. (I use facebook login as the owner of the plan)

 

If not, do I have to create a new account to resolve the issue?

Hey @erikpastor, welcome to the Community!

 

It's not possible to see the address you used for your plan. The address your members will need to use is the same one you input when you invited the first member to your Premium for Family plan.

 

Do your family members have any trouble joining your plan using an incognito window?
