My Question or Issue

 I have signed up to Premium. I have sent out an invite to my wifes email address but it never reaches the email address. Not showing up in her Junk either. Tried 4 times or so plus with another email address and no luck. Its like my account isn't letting the email be sent out. HELP ๐Ÿ˜ž

Hi there,

 

Please, try to send the e-mail to an alternative e-mail address. The e-mail doesn't need to be associated with any Spotify Account.

Hi there. Thanks for the reply. We have tried with two different email addresses. It just doesnโ€™t seem to be getting to them at all. Tried a few times now with each email. Scratching our heads tbh ๐Ÿ˜

Could you try that using incognito mode and another internet connection to see if that helps?

 

I'd also recommend checking this support article under 'The Invite isn't working section'.
