Family Invite Email - Not reaching recipient

My Question or Issue

 I have signed up to Premium. I have sent out an invite to my wifes email address but it never reaches the email address. Not showing up in her Junk either. Tried 4 times or so plus with another email address and no luck. Its like my account isn't letting the email be sent out. HELP :(

Hi there,

 

Please, try to send the e-mail to an alternative e-mail address. The e-mail doesn't need to be associated with any Spotify Account.

Hi there. Thanks for the reply. We have tried with two different email addresses. It just doesn’t seem to be getting to them at all. Tried a few times now with each email. Scratching our heads tbh 😐

Hope you're doing great!

 

Could you try that using incognito mode and another internet connection to see if that helps?

 

I'd also recommend checking this support article under 'The Invite isn't working section'.
