Family Member kicked out - reinvitation fails

Recently one Family Member disappeared from the Account. I tried to invite her back. I sent the Invitation E-Mail but it doesn't reach her. Her E-Mail Account is Fine. We Tested it: All Other Mails arrive except the mail with the spotify-invitation. Any Idea about that? (Germany)
