Family Members Cannot Find Public Playlists via Search

I'm a premium member with a family plan and several of the public playlists do not show in searches for other family members. 

TEXTING A LINK IS NOT AN OPTION HERE

I'm using one of the licenses to have an independant playlist on my Fire Stick Spotify account. I've made all of my lists public and went back and added my last name to each of the lists to make sure they're unique this morning. The playlists show up in searches on my master account (both Mac and Android) but for no other user.

Just to confirm, does this only happen with some playlists, or does it happen with all your personal playlists?
