Now I have seen this question asked before, but the answer was to get into the chat support, which doesn't seem to be a thing anymore.
I recently got a Spotify Family Account, but my family members have apparently been "unable to verify" that we share the same address. While I got the E-Mail that it would be investigated, it said that I wouldn't have to do anything. But now it's too late and my Dad is back on Free Spotify.
How and/or where can I appeal and verify our adress and get him back into the shared account?

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
