Family Plan : 2 ISP at same adress

Greetings,

I'm considering to take a family plan BUT i'm not premium yet, just evaluating the service actually.

My question is :

I would like to use a family plan with my wife but we are using two different ISP access at home, how does the adress check works ?

Is it just a statement ? or a technical verification ?

Hey @Starfix, thanks for writing!

You have nothing to worry about. Our Premium for Family plan only requires that all members reside in the same physical address, even if you have more than one internet service provider at home. Do keep in mind that Spotify could send you or your family members a verification email to check their eligibility, which is a regular confirmation process.
