Family Plan Redeem

After updating to a family plan, and sending an invitation, the "Accept Invitation" buttom in the mail message will redirect to the standard loging page, not to the redeem page.

Hi there, @Mendiotz I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. Have you tried openning the link on a different browser/device? If you still get the same problem support is here to help you link your account.

If you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it says it is no-reply) and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible.
