Family Plan - The system thinks my wife lives in a different addres

Family Plan - The system thinks my wife lives in a different addres

I am paying for the family plan. My kids accepted the invitation without problem, but in the case of my wife the system says we live at different addresses, what is wrong. What can I do? When I try to check the address on my account, I can only see the post code not the full one to verify it is the same my wife is inserting when accepting the invitation. Thanks!

I have the same problem here. I can't enter my sisters premium family account so do my brother and mom

any suggestions? 

Also searching for a solution. The help section seems to suggest creating an entirely new spotify account - but that doesn’t seem right. 

 

Anyone got an easier way?

 

 

Same problem here. I did a new profile, so I lost all my playlists, it worked within 7 days. And now I have the same problem...

My family members DO live in the same address !!!!!

I'm very upset, we're only 3 people and they eliminated 2 of them 😞

It seems like Spotify does not care about its customers, may be when we start leaving...
