Family Plan Trouble

I had a family plan for spotify premium and when I switched credit cards I logged back in and it wasn't a family plan anymore. I upgraded to the family plan and sent the link out to my family members but they can't join because it says they are already a part of a family plan. How do I get our accounts to become a family plan again?

Please could you login to your account here:

 

https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

 

Then go to the 'receipts' tab, can you see anything there?
