Family Plan and Travelling

Started the family plan for my wife and I while my wife was travelling abroad. Now she can't use Spotify at all, although we used to share the same Premium account just fine.

Is this how the system is designed or can someone please help us so my wife can use Spotify again?

We recommend creating a Premium for Family plan at home. All users must reside om the same address, and all accounts need to be registered in the same country.

If you have subscribed with a foreign payment method, we recommend cancelling and subscribing again after your account reverts back to Free. Keep in mind that the payment method, your address and accounts should all be based in the same country.
