Family Plan

I have been paying for Spotify Family Plan for 3 months now but my family could never access this plan because they didn’t get the invitation link that I sent over and over again. What it’s wrong?

Hey @AlineM,

have you tried to send the invitation to an email address provider like gmail?

This one worked very good for me.

Also you should try to send the invitation with another browser or an incognito tab.
