My Question or Issue

 

I keep getting kicked off of my family plan! I tried emailing spotify and they told me to post on here...I've tried joining my family plan 4 times and each time about a week after using it I get an email to confirm the address, which I do. 7 days later it kicks me off.

Just to confirm, do you currently reside at the same physical address as the Premium for Family plan owner?

In this case, I'd recommend getting in touch with the Spotify support team using the online contact form or by sending a private message to @SpotifyCares on twitter. They'll be able to take a look at your issue, and you'll hear from them shortly.

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
