Hi,

 

I have been a part of a specific family premium account. Recently I was asked to verify my address and my postcode. However, as I opened my Spotify account years ago, I was in another address (and thus another postcode) and even though now I have the same postcode with the premium account members, so Spotify could not verify my postcode.

So can I learn (and where can I learn) what my "address" is when I started my Spotify account? Then I guess I can again be added to the premium account safely once again.

In this case I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.

 

There are a few ways to contact them. One is filling out the online contact form.

 

Another great way is to reach Spotify via Twitter - just send them a Direct Message @SpotifyCares.

 

You can also use the Facebook support. Shoot them a message here: Spotify Cares.

 

When you message them, inform all the e-mail addresses on the plan.
