Family Premium Doesn't Allowed Multi-Play

My Question or Issue

 Despite that I have a family premium plan, that I've sent invites and the family (2 add'l) people have accepted the invites, we can not play music on more than one device at a time. Have tried mutiple times and still to to avail.  :-(

Hey @travelingtra!

 

It sounds like you're trying to listen to music at the same time on the same account. The Spotify for Family subscription allows you to invite other accounts to join your plan so that they, too, can have access to the premium features of Spotify. So each member of your family will have to have their own account that they use to stream Spotify, but that prevents your listening preferences from being mixed with everyone else in your family!
