Hi!
My family and I have premium for our family and it said our payment wasn't working or something and we needed to pay to maintain our subscription. One person in my family paid the subscription for the family but it only "upgraded" the subscription on her account. All the other accounts on our family premium still say they need to be upgraded.

When we subscribe to Premium for Family, only one user (the Administrator, who sends the invites) is responsible for the payment. All the other active accounts get the Premium features as well.
Are you the Administrator of this plan? If so, please click on the link bellow and check if the members are active or not.
