My Question or Issue

I have a Family Premium account, with my mother, father and 2 brothers in it, but suddenly Spotify just removed ALL of them from my premium account with no reason, since all my family member live at the same place. Then, reading about this in the community, Spotify just don't allow them to come back to premium. What the **bleep** is that? Are you kidding me? Spotify is one of the best music plataform, and it is an absurd dropping all my relatives just like that.

It sounds like we were unable to verify their physical address. Ask them to check their email inbox to see if they received an email notifying them about this.

 

For now, do they have any trouble joining the plan again using an incognito window? What about with a different device?

 

If so, ask them to reach out to us here with their account info so we can take a closer look.
