Family Premium question

Greetings,

 

I have a family subscription that I share with 4 other people that live in my home. Recently we had to confirm our address, however no one is able to access the premium anymore besides me. I tried removing everyone from the subscription and adding again, however that doesn't work.

 

What can I do to solve this?
