Hi I have paid for Family Premium through my PayPal on 26th July but it still says waiting for Spotify to authorise. Can you advise me on how long it usually takes?

Thanks but I have already tried all of the options you mentioned. I haven't received an email from Spotify confirming my Family Premium just wondering how long it normally takes or do I need to contact them direct.
