Me and my family started a family premium on Spotify. I received an invitation through my email with a code. I clicked on the link and filled in my info, then when I submitted it an error popped up saying "You can only change your family premium settings once a year, get in touch with the help desk". Earlier this year a friend of mine sent me an invite but I never used it and he deleted me from the list already. How can I join my family premium?? And yes, I live on the same address. 

 

May I say, Spotify this help desk of yours is really a pain in the **bleep**.

There's a limit on how often you can join a family subscription. You can try to accept the invitation via an incognito browsing session and making sure you are using your own account to log in. If you are still receiving the same error, you'll have to use a different account.

 

If you want to use the same email address for your new account, you'll have to close your old account.
