My Question or Issue

My wife has registered her account on her ipadas have I in Family Premium.However, my laptop won't play when she is playing music in her account on an ipad and if I play music on laptop, she can't access any, let alone her own library on her ipad. This is nonsense and if there is no solution then I will cancel all Spotify accounts.

Welcome to the Community! I hope you're doing great. 

 

Just to clear things up, Premium for Family lets you and your wife join using existing and different accounts.

 

If you're both sharing the same account you'll not be able to stream online using different devices, I recommend one of you create a new one and join the Family Plan.
