Family Subscription - Unable to add family member

My Question or Issue

 Sent an invite to family member. They receive link, when clicking on Accept Invitation, rhey are redirected to a logon site. Nowhere to put invite code, only login and password.  Cleared browser, attempted from various laptops, still same result.

 

If we login with account owner logon/password, we are inable to stream on multiple devices.

 

Revoked the invite and resent a few times.  Still unable to add user.

Welcome to the community!

 

If they're not already logged in or don't have a Spotify account yet, they'll be asked to log in or sign up using their own account before seeing the confirmation. Once they've logged in with their own account, they will be able to enter their details and click SUBMIT to join the Premium for Family plan.
