Family Subscription issue

Recently my girlfriend has received an e-mail saying that the address was not correct and that she had to check that. We tried to, but at least in the Swedish support page says that one cannot update the address information while being on an account. So we removed her from the Family Plan and I invited her to it again, which she did, but when finalizing the update, she could not. We tried gain to figre out why, and apparently you cannot get in and out a Family plan within a period of 12 months. So she has no account now and apparently there's no way to solve this. Need support.
