I am currently trying to join a family subscription plan but it is not allowing me to do so. I live in the same address and it is still not allowing me to join. I was previously in the plan, but it suddenly switched me back to a free subscription.  Therefore, I asked the owner to send me another invitation. However, after an attempt, it says the following: "You're unable to join this Family plan. Need help? Read our FAQ."

 

Please help.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

We'd first recommend asking your plan's owner to send you a fresh invite but make sure to follow the steps below in an incognito or private window in your browser: 

  1. Have the owner invite you to their plan.
  2. You'll receive an email with a link to join. Open and click ACCEPT INVITATION. You're redirected to your account page, where you'll see a confirmation screen.
    Note: If you're not already logged in or don't have an account yet, you'll be asked to log in or sign up before seeing the confirmation.
  3. Enter your details and click SUBMIT to join the Premium for Family plan.

If you still see the same error message, we'd suggest reaching out to us by following the link here. This way, our support team can investigate further behind the scenes for you.
